Sign out of iCloud / Google
On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Sign Out. On Android: Settings → Accounts → Remove account. We can't buy a phone that's still tied to your account.
Turn off Find My iPhone / Find My Device
Same as above. This step and the sign-out together protect you and us. Takes 60 seconds from your Settings app.
Bring a photo ID
Driver's permit, passport, or national ID. We log the sale against the IMEI for your protection as much as ours.
About our buy-back program
Not before — we'll do the data wipe ourselves as part of the intake, so you can hand it over exactly as you use it. Just make sure you've signed out of iCloud or your Google account and turned off Find My before we arrive, otherwise the buy-back can't proceed.
Yes, for parts value. We buy phones with cracked screens, dead batteries, charging issues and water damage — the price is just lower because we're accounting for the cost of repairing it before resale. The table shows the maximum we pay for each model in good order, so a broken phone lands below that figure.
Only if the contract is fully paid up and the phone is unlocked. If you're still making monthly payments, the phone technically belongs to the carrier and we can't take it. Once you've paid off the device, your carrier can unlock it for free or a small fee — then book a buy-back.
Yes, on the same terms. iPads and tablets typically fetch 40–60% of the iPhone equivalent value. MacBooks we evaluate separately based on year, specs, battery cycles and screen condition. Send us the specs on WhatsApp first for a quick range.
You can get an indicative range based on model, storage and condition you describe. The final number always depends on the physical inspection — we won't quote a firm price for a phone we haven't seen, because honest pricing means honest looking.
Working phones are wiped, refurbished if needed, and resold locally with a 30-day Prolific warranty, only against manufacturing defects. Phones beyond repair are parted out — screens, batteries, cameras and boards go into our repair pipeline for customers who need a part rather than a new device.
