Most on-the-spot bookings are same-day in the core zones (POS, Central, South, East), or next-day for the extended zones. We confirm the exact time when we reply to your booking. Open Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Yes — send a photo of your phone, the model number, and a description of the fault. We'll give you a range the same day during business hours. The final number depends on the physical inspection.
Most on-the-spot repairs are finished the same visit. Water damage and motherboard work takes 2–4 hours at our workshop, returned the same day or next. Tablets and laptops run 24–72 hours.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard and LINX for on-the-spot. Bank transfer (RBC, Scotiabank, First Citizens) accepted for both modes — just tell the technician before the repair starts. No card surcharges.
